The BG5 Business Institute certifies and trains qualified professionals to teach a variety of BG5 courses. If it is your life's work to help others expand their awareness and success in their career and workplace then becoming a Certified BG5 Instructor may be correct for you.
The BG5 Foundation Course Instructor Training Program is designed to train and certify students to become independent instructors of this material operating as an entrepreneur.

BG5 Foundation Instructor Course Description:
The Instructor Trainer will meet with the students a minimum of 10 times for 1.5 to 2 hours as needed.
Focus One: In this focus, the methodology and content of the BG5 Foundation course is covered and reviewed, including the following:
- There will be an emphasis on how to present the content while exploring various teaching tips and techniques.
- Education gaps will be filled while deepening the student’s personal understanding of their own design.
- Students will dive deeper into their own ability to live and model their design.
- Students will explore proven methods for content delivery and flow.
- The class will use personal examples and techniques to help further deepen understanding.
- The Trainer may offer teaching skill references for them to study on their own.
Completion Requirement: Participation in class discussions and review of all downloadable materials.
Focus Two: In this focus, students are given instructional support for the preparation and practice of delivery of the content, including the following:
- Students will be supported in their planning and delivery preparation as professionals.
- In the practicum portion of this program students prepare and practice live presentation skills and deliver foundation modules.
- This work is done with live presentations to fellow class participants and Instructor.
- There are interactive class discussions, feedback sessions, and private written online discussion forums requiring live participation.
- The emphasis of this segment of the course is on gaining practical experience.
- There will be collaborative support in class, while increasing self-confidence and clarity about your own unique style/voice as an instructor.
Completion Requirement: Demonstration of live presentation skills, and presentation/delivery of one or more of the BG5 Foundation modules.
Focus Three: Logistics
- Within this program we will review enrichment topics that encourage professional planning and preparation of your own course to take place once this certification process is complete.
- Review how to set up your own course using Zoom or comparable platform.
- Review various marketing techniques to support your course marketing efforts.
- Discussion on Social Media Marketing.
- Student will learn how to review their student projects and provide feedback to their students.
- We will review how to access teaching material, answer common student questions, how to create a student account and have students sign the integrity agreement, and how and when to communicate with BG5BI about student registrations.
Completion Requirement: Review of all material provided.

Prerequisites:
All prerequisites must be met and verified prior to the beginner of your training. An office administrator will reach out to you once you are registered to follow up with next steps to verify your prerequisites before the start of your training.
- BG5 Certified Consultant Graduate in practice for 1 year.
- Consulted with a minimum of 30 individual clients and at least 2 small businesses and provide documentation which supports this.
- Go through the Foundation Course Material twice - Once as a student and the other as an additional audit, assistant, or translator. In either case, all projects much be completed and submitted to the instructor.
- Purchased required books, license, software, and toolkits.
- Your previous Human Design System training and certification may be considered by the Institute Dean.
- Pay the training and certification fee.
- Re-sign the student and professional integrity agreement.
- Sign the Foundation Instructor Agreement.
- Read and listen to the mindset of an Instructor from Ra.
