Introducing Veronica Chase: Empowering Careers and Leadership through BG5
I’m Veronica Chase, a BG5 Career and Business Consultant, Business Cycles Consultant, Profit Potential Coach, and most recently, a BG5 Foundation Course Instructor. With over 30 years of experience in leadership development, human resources, and learning design, my passion for helping others thrive has led me to this exciting point in my career. Joining the BG5 Business Institute team will allow me to take my work to a deeper, more impactful level.
As a 4/6 Classic Builder, I live by a Follow Your Gut strategy, guided by my Life Work Theme of Consciousness. When I first came across BG5 in 2020, I immediately recognized the incredible potential it offers for not only understanding ourselves but also guiding others toward their best possible outcomes. That first session with a BG5 Consultant set me on a transformative journey.
My Background
Over the years, I have held a variety of roles, from senior human resources leader to head of learning for one of the largest public gardens in the U.S. My work has always centered around leadership development, talent management, and creating growth opportunities for others. This wealth of practical business experience allows me to bring a unique perspective into my BG5 work, blending intuitive human design insights with real-world applications that produce measurable results.
Since becoming certified, I’ve worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them unlock their potential and embrace new opportunities through BG5s career and business insights. As a consultant, I love being able to facilitate breakthroughs for my clients—whether it is helping a seasoned leader gain more clarity or guiding a new graduate to their first position.

BG5 has given me the tools to turn that belief into a structured, actionable framework. What I love most about BG5 is that it brings clarity and practicality to the often-complex process of personal and professional growth. The precision with which we can understand our strengths, decision-making strategies, and business cycles feels revolutionary, even after years of working with other systems and assessments.
