BG5BI Student and Professional Integrity Agreement
The BG5 Business Institute and the International Human Design School are the exclusive certifying authorities for the BG5 Business & Career Design System Certification, OC16 Large Business Certification, Profit Potential Certification, and any other program offered at the BG5 Business Institute.
You are receiving this notice because you have enrolled in an official BG5 Business Institute training program. The BG5 Business Institute is issuing certificates Internationally to recognized professionals who are committed to serving their communities while preserving the integrity and standards of the knowledge. With the worldwide expansion, standards and reliability are essential. It is a precondition to issuing a BG5BI Certification that the Professional Integrity Agreement be agreed to by you.
You are encouraged to practice this material as a student with others, however in being a part of this course or workshop and for those in the process of becoming a BG5BI Certified Professional you agree to:
1. Full Disclosure: I agree to let others know I am a Student and NOT a BG5BI Certified Professional (unless you have completed the full BG5 Certification Process through the BG5 Business Institute).
2. Services Offered: I agree to offer ONLY services that I am qualified and certified to offer.
Agreement per semester:
* BG5 Foundation - Semester 1 & 2: you are encouraged to practice this material as a student with others, however you are not qualified to deliver or charge for any services.
* BG5 Certification - Semester 1: After completion you may offer BG5 Career Design Overviews IF you fully disclose that you are still a student and NOT a Certified BG5 Consultant.
* If you have received the BG5 Overview Tool Kit you may use it to practice overviews. If, however, you drop from the course and decide not to become certified you will no longer have access to the BG5 Overview Tool Kit.
* BG5 Certification - Semester 2: After completion you may offer BG5 Career Design Analysis and Partnership Analysis IF you fully disclose that you are still a student and NOT a Certified BG5 Consultant.
* BG5 Certification - Semester 3: After completion of any outstanding payments due, plus your Final Project and any other Certification Requirements, you will be Officially Certified as a BG5 Career & Business Consultant and are qualified to offer any of the BG5 Services contained in the course.
* If you have received the BG5 Full Analysis Tool Kit you may use it once you are Certified. If, however, you drop from the course and decide not to become certified you will no longer have access to the BG5 Full Analysis Tool Kit.
* BG5 Profit Potential Coaching Certification: After completion of Profit Potential Coaching Certification curriculum and approval of your final project you will be Officially Certified as a BG5 Profit Potential Professional and may officially offer ongoing profit potential coaching to your clients.
* OC16 Certification: After completion of any outstanding payments due, all three semesters, plus your Final Project and any other Certification Requirements, you will be Officially Certified as an OC16 Corporate and Large Group Consultant and are qualified to offer OC16 Consulting Services to larger organizations.
* Becoming an officially certified BG5BI professional does not qualify you to offer Human Design System services or teaching.
3. Course Materials for you ONLY: I understand that the Course Materials are for ME ONLY – I agree that I will NOT share nor distribute in any of the actual course materials (handouts, recordings or resources) with others under any circumstances.
4. Not Licensed to Teach: As a BG5 Student or BG5 Consultant, I understand that I am NOT licensed or certified to teach this material. Upon completion your BG5 Certification you can coach, consult, conduct client interactive presentations and discussions, provide marketing or promotional presentations or webinars but are not authorized by the BG5 Business Institute to teach this knowledge or certify anyone, including other BG5 consultants. If you wish to officially teach this information you must apply and go through the official BG5BI Instructor Training. This is to maintain the integrity of the information in making sure instructors are properly trained. This means that you acknowledge that you will NOT represent yourself as a "school”, “ academy", “institute” , “training organization” or use any term in your URL that implies any of the above. Only the BG5 Business Institute is authorized to teach and certify BG5BI Consultants and Professionals.
5. All Information is Property of BG5 Business Institute and Jovian Archive Media, Inc. I understand that any and all materials created or derived from the information taught at the BG5 Business Institute is the property of the BG5BI and Jovian Archive, Inc. You are licensed to use the copyrighted materials as a BG5BI Certified Professional after having purchased the BG5 License and Software, however ALL materials created must contain the following copyright: ©BG5 Business Institute, International Human Design School, and Jovian Archive Media, Inc.
6. Regarding the use of BG5, OC16 or BG5 Profit Potential in general - Only as a BG5BI Certified Professional in good standing, are you authorized to use these trademarks and logos on your website. To distinguish yourself as legitimate and to stand out as a BG5BI Certified Professional be sure to add a link to your profile on the BG5 Business Institute Website. This increases your credibility, are in good standing with the Institute, and distinguishes you as someone who is utilizing this information in the proper way.
Once certified, you will receive a statement along with logos and additional information to use on your website.
7. Regarding the use of BG5, OC16 or BG5 Profit Potential in your website URL – BG5 and OC16 are registered trademarks – and only as a BG5BI Certified Professional are you authorized to use these trademarks and logos on your website and in your URL with the following stipulations:
* As stated in Section 4 – you will NOT represent yourself or use words/terms that imply you are a training organization, school, academy, institution or any other term that implies you teach or certify BG5 or OC16 Consultants. You can use terms such as consultant, coach, professional, etc.
* To distinguish yourself as legitimate, in good standing with the Institute, and increase your credibility as someone who is utilizing this information in the proper way, you may use the statement you’ll receive once you’re certified, and prominently display it on your website.
8. The BG5 System Product Integrity
In order to maintain the integrity of The BG5 System knowledge and to be in compliance with copyright and trademark, products using this knowledge, such as books, digital or print materials of any kind for public sale, must be submitted for review and approval in writing through the BG5 Business Institute. A royalty may be required.
9. Integrity and Professionalism: I agree to represent the BG5BI certification programs with professionalism and integrity.
10. Continuing Education as a BG5BI Consultant/Professional: Once I become a BG5BI Certified Professional I agree to maintain my educational standard by participating in at least one Official Continuing Education activity annually, which includes: official Human Design or BG5BI courses, workshops, self-studies, recordings, reading HD or BG5 books, materials or blog posts or free webinars. I understand that this is to keep me connected and aware of any changes or opportunities, as well as to continually deepen and sharpen my abilities as a BG5 Certified Professional.
11. Official Materials: I agree in my professional work to use, offer or recommend only officially recognized BG5BI materials and products.
12. You understand that if this agreement is broken…
* Access to all course materials will be revoked with no refund.
* You will be denied access to future classes.
* If you are currently a BG5BI Certified Professional your license will be suspended and you will be removed from the IHDS or BG5BI website listings.
13. You confirm your identity as the person taking the course. You confirm that you are the registered student who is taking the course and completing the assignments and final project.
14. Updates. BG5 Business Institute reserves the right to update this agreement from time to time.
