Payment Plan Agreement

BG5BI offers a payment plan option as a courtesy to our clients. As we are not a financial institution, we have policies in place in order to provide this service to our clients to minimize administration. Before starting a payment plan you will need to agree to the following terms:

• It is the client is responsibility to make sure that the credit card on file to be used for the payment plan has sufficient funds to cover the monthly payments each and every month for the duration of the payment plan.
• If the credit card on file is declined for any reason, you will be removed from the course and/or product and receive a notice from us to immediately update your credit card to a working credit card and let us know by sending an email to office@bg5businessinstitute.com. Once the payment goes through you will be added back into the course.
• If your card on file is declined more than twice during the payment plan, the option for a

payment plan will expire and you agree to pay the balance in full to continue youtraining.

BG5商学院为了学员的便利提供分期付款的选项。由于我们不是金融机构，因此我们制定了策，以尽量减少管理费用的方式为学员提供此服务。开始设置付款计划之前，您需要先同意以下条款：

• 学员有责任确保留档的信用卡有足够的资金来支付付款计划期间每一个月的付款。
• 如果存档的信用卡因任何原因被拒绝，您将会被停止学员资格，并收到我们请您立刻更新有效信用卡的通知。请将您新的信用卡信息用邮件发给：office@bg5businessinstitute.com 。 更新后，您会被恢复学员资格。
•  如果您在付款计划期间存档的信用卡被拒绝两次以上，则付款计划变成无效，您同意立刻支付全部余额，这样您才可以继续学习。
